If you are a vendor that does quality work and you love helping people we would like to meet you.

We are the fastest paying people you have likely dealt with: If you will agree to let us deposit monies directly into your back account, we will do so within 1-2 days after receiving an invoice. At the same time you will receive an email detailing the amount of the deposit and each work order (if it involves more than one). We respect your time too.

We are looking for:

• Quality of work
• Fair market pricing
• Timeliness: we ask all vendors to contact the tenants within 24 hours for non emergency and immediately for emergency repairs
• Licensing & Insurance
• Invoicing within 14 days of the completions of the work
• Treating all residents in a respectful manor
