About Us
Tucker Robbins
PRESIDENT
Tucker is President, Broker and Owner of White Robbins, Inc. and has been a full-time licensed realtor since 1987. We launched our property management group in 1989 and have been industry leaders since. Our cornerstones have been guaranteed great service and attention to details. We also understand that timely and accurate communications is the bedrock of a good relationship. While we try to focus on people, yet we also strive to be on the cutting edge of technology. Tucker is constantly looking nationwide for “best practices” that we can implement in our area to help our owners and residents. A native Delawarean, Tucker’s college degree in Chemical Engineering lends itself to a degree of detail that the company emulates.
Tucker is on the Board of Directors for the Rotary Club of Wilmington, and is a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers). He lives just outside the City of Wilmington with his wife Carol. Prior to moving back to Delaware, Tucker lived in Virginia, Texas, Tennessee, and West Germany.
Stacy Cassidy
Executive Property Manager
Stacy has over 20 years of Property Management experience and is licensed and successfully manages numerous properties in Delaware and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining White Robbins, she worked at her own local property management firm to develop a business in Delaware from the ground up. She was highly successful in quickly developing a portfolio of property management for her clients. Her skills were honed over many years in various businesses.
Stacy lives in North Wilmington though she has lived on both sides of the Pennsylvania - Delaware line.
CANDACE ROSEO
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Candace has spent the last 25 plus years working to bring people and organizations together for good causes in the community, reading both blueprints and balance sheets. She is 1 part Executive, 1 part Entrepreneur, 2 parts social media and marketing guru, and 3 parts cheer mom.
While in high school, Candace was fortunate enough to attend both Dale Carnegie’s Sales & Marketing & Public Speaking courses compliments of Junior Achievement of DE and DuPont – the rest as they say is history.
She has put her Industrial Engineering degree to work in unique ways to streamline processes and maximize return on investment, whether in the construction, property management or hospitality industries, or for Action for Delaware’s Children, DE COPS or Junior Achievement of Delaware.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and teen at the beach, both here in the states and in Italy.
Keva Mendola
Client CARE Specialist
Keva began her career at Wilmington Trust Company, working her way from a customer service representative to a branch sales manager in five years. She managed three different branch offices before leaving years later to pursue other interests. After working sales positions, and project management jobs, for years she was the Managing Director for a local Wealth Management firm, joining White Robbins in 2022.
Keva grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and has a BS in Business Management. She lives in Hockessin with her husband, Chuck. She enjoys reading, walking, yoga, riding her bike, trying new restaurants, going to the beach, traveling, meeting new people and spending time with family and friends.
ERLING RIVERA
Client CARE Specialist
Erling has 10 years experience in customer service as a team manager and project leader. His extensive organizational skills and technical support abilities add to the depth of resources needed in the property management field. He has spent years studying System’s Engineering and Business Administration, as well as working in his family’s property management business.
Erling is married with two young children.

We rented a home from White Robbins for 9 and a half years. It was my first experience using a property management company and I highly recommend them! All my past experiences were with individual property owners who never fixed major concerns from mold to removing their own personal junk. The home upon moving in was freshly painted and all new carpet and perfect for us and in the neighborhood we grew up in. Other problems over the years did occur as it was an older home and immediately the problems were addressed and fixed. Yearly someone came to make sure my roof and gutters were cleaned. We had a huge tree causing problems which costs a lot of money to remove and this tree was removed. My dealings and concerns with White Robbins and the office staff, were always pleasant and immediately addressed.
