We know that today’s prospective residents want to tour properties at their convenience, typically after normal working hours. That is why high end photography, online Virtual Tours and 360 Degree 3D Tours are so effective. They can be viewed on a computer, or more frequently on a cell phone, at times that just don’t make sense for physical showings (a showing at 11:30 pm anyone?). We still do physical showings with an agent present, but almost all first showings are “online”, and sometimes that is the only showing!
